Bad Blogger

I know, I know. I'm a bad blogger. I'm sorry for disappearing all week, but I'm been sick and trying desperately to get better to avoid taking time off work. Too much to do!

But with the help of Nyquil (glorious, glorious Nyquil) and some orange juice and lots of sleep, I think I'm on the mend.

I read somewhere that apple cider vinegar is good for breaking up congestion, so last time I was sick I put 1-2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a mug of hot water and drank it once a day, and I could immediately tell a difference. I got better in like, 2 days, whereas the time before when I was sick it took me over 2 weeks to get better. It doesn't taste as bad as it sounds either.
